- PRESS RELEASE
Best PR practice was discussed and debated when the entire network of Memac Ogilvy PR met for the 'PR College: Raising the Bar' seminar in Beirut recently.
Memac Ogilvy PR's senior staff was challenged with a "Strategic Skills for PR" workshop, while the juniors attended courses on consultative skills, new business techniques and consumer insights.
"This seminar was one of many steps in place that demonstrate dedication to our employees and to their professional and personal development," said Edmond Moutran, Chairman and CEO of Memac Ogilvy. "This is one of many annual seminars we hold across all disciplines in order to ensure that our staff are staying on top of their respective fields."
Moutran gave his renowned "Red Breakfast" presentation to the group. Red Breakfast spells out the company's vision and course for the immediate and long-term future. It also gives employees of all levels an opportunity to discuss any point with the Chairman.
"We conducted two phases of training last year, but this was extra special because we gathered the entire PR client-servicing team in one place at the same time," said Cherif Wehbe, Group PR Director, Memac Ogilvy, "Lebanon provided the perfect setting for the team to learn and bond together."
