The Municipality will be represented by Eng. Yousuf Al Marzouqi, Head of Mapping Control Unit in the Planning and Surveying Department, who will present a paper titled "Using Dubai Virtual Reference Stations in Surveying Works" in the conference.
Marzouqi said the Emirate of Dubai now possesses five survey stations that work using satellite signals, which retransmit them to the customers with the precision required by them to undertake their daily work.
He said this system is considered to be the most advanced in the world and is part of the efforts of the Municipality to provide the best technology to the customers for saving time and enhancing productivity.
