Q1 business result surpasses Taj Palace Dubai expectation

Upbeat on the business prospect for the first quarter of 2004, the Taj Palace Dubai is happy to announce that it surpassed its expected projection in this year's first quarter round of business.

Room occupancy in January registered a whooping 96 percent. It scored 95 percent in February higher compared from last year's actual. March-end figures point out occupancy at 96%. The first quarter postings indicated a significant increase due to the various events taking place in Dubai from January to March providing Taj Palace Dubai considerable amount of tourists staying at the hotel due to its locale and brand profile.

GM Yannick Poupon is confident the soaring trend continues this summer as it hopes to duplicate last year's surprising feat...44 days of perfect 100 occupancy gained from GCC travelers spending summer in Dubai.
