A total of 29 high-performing agents from Dubai and Northern Emirates were honoured at the event in recognition of their productivity and ongoing contribution and support.
Gary Chapman, Emirates' President, Dnata & Associated Companies, Fazal Muhammed, Galileo International's Regional Manager Middle East, and Naz Nizari, Senior Vice-President, Galileo Emirates, presented the awards.
Naz said: "Our commitment to customers is paramount. We feel immense pride in the partnerships we've created over the years and this evening recognises the hard work and loyalty shown to us by the UAE travel agency community.''
Dubai-based Galileo Emirates is National Distribution Company for the Galileo Global Distribution System in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Sudan and has supplied travel automation to its agency partners for more than 15 years.
Known as an innovator, it aims to keep ahead of rivals and abreast of technology by constantly updating its products to help its agency partners deliver top quality customer service.
