Mina Solutions was officially launched today at a joint conference hosted by Mina & Saba in Abu Dhabi on 'Discovering the Power of Human Capital Development & Management' in the presence and under the patronage of His Highness Dr Sheik Sultan Bin Khalifah Bin Zayed Al Nahayan.

In today's knowledge economy people are an organisation's most valuable asset. True competitive advantage and enhanced performance lies in how well an organisation builds and manages its Human Capital. Mina Solutions in partnership with Saba delivers Human Capital Development & Management Solutions in the Middle East to help organisations significantly increase local profitability and performance.

Bobby Yazdani, Founder, Chairman & CEO of Saba commented "We are pleased to have selected Mina to help us extend the reach of our HCDM solutions in the Middle East. The healthy growth rate of the IT market in the region, coupled with the clear need for Human Capital Development and Management solutions in the Enterprise makes the Middle East a strategic market for Saba". He continued "Companies in the region are already aware of the benefits and wealth of intelligence that management systems including ERP, HRMS and CRM can provide. Whereas these traditional systems have gathered data and increased management abilities, Human Capital Development & Management solutions enable organisations to significantly improve the effectiveness of people throughout the extended enterprise. Saba's HCDM suite helps identify the skills and knowledge of employees and helps manage their competency development, while integrating seamlessly with the organisation's existing ERP system. It also enables management to more effectively lead the organisation and to align people with the business goals and objectives".

Saba delivers its HCDM solutions to many of the world's leading organisations. In fact, more than 260 global companies and government agencies already use Saba to promote, enable, and sustain individual and business performance.
Selim Edde, Managing Director of Mina Solutions commented "The Middle East has its own unique challenges which HCDM is perfectly positioned to address. Increased regional competitiveness, phasing out of agency laws, misalignment between job market requirements and nationals workforce skills, volatility of the job market, large expatriate workforce presence, and a lack of strong corporate culture and continuity are all challenges facing businesses and government organisations in the Middle East. HCDM solutions will help significantly increase employees' productivity thus enhancing the organisation's competitiveness. HCDM solutions enable a diverse group of employees to perform at the same levels quickly and efficiently through the development of enterprise performance and learning solutions, thus creating continuity and better service levels. The Middle East today needs and is ready for effective Human Capital Development solutions. We are very excited to be working with the global industry leader to bring these solutions to market in this region".

Olivier Ghezi, Senior Vice President, Saba Europe, Middle East, and Africa stated "Both Schlumberger & Cisco are already using Saba HCDM solutions in the Middle East. We are looking forward to sharing both those global and regional business successes with other prospective clients in the region".

Saba solutions are conceived and seamlessly delivered through software products and services that help global companies and government agencies build competitive advantage.
