OnLine holds special training seminars for partners and end users

The seminars are aimed at introducing new product offerings and provide OnLine's channel partners the knowledge to extend support to its customers in the small and medium business (SMB) sector.

"The SMB sector is a focus area for a lot of our vendors," pointed out Keith Rich, MD, OnLine Distribution. "Technology upgrades and new products mean that we have to ensure that all our partners and its customers have the knowledge necessary to make informed business decisions that are right for them."

3Com Wireless networking
For 3Com, OnLine is holding a wireless networking seminar on 25th April 2004 in Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai followed by one on 28th April 2004 at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Bahrain. The seminar is targeted at both the end user and the channel partner whether they are a reseller, systems integrator or a retailer who sells networking hardware. It will showcase products in action and give participants the opportunity to speak to the 3Com experts.

SurfControl Partner Sales Update
OnLine is also conducting Partner Sales Update seminars for SurfControl partners to give key reseller sales staff the skills and recognition to confidently introduce its solutions to their customers. It is part of ongoing channel initiatives, to help provide a better level of support on SurfControl's product offerings.
