Hilton International launches 'Our Best Rates.' Guaranteed' across the Arabian Peninsula
- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, April 22 - 2004 at 14:50
- PRESS RELEASE
Hilton International, the world's leading hotel brand, has extended 'Our Best Rates. Guaranteed.'
Rudi Jagersbacher, Vice President - Hilton International, Arabian Peninsula, said: "This is an important step for Hilton. We believe it is crucial that guests choosing to stay in any of our hotels worldwide gain easy access to the best rates available. We are very confident that our direct channels provide this capability and have therefore chosen to give our guests even more confidence by providing an absolute guarantee."
"Our Best Rates. Guaranteed" covers all publicly available rates booked through Hilton's direct booking channels, including Hilton Reservations Worldwide (HRW), Hilton websites or direct with any Hilton hotel. The guarantee also extends to travel agents booking those rates.
According to the policy, if Hilton guests find a lower publicly available 'like for like' rate through a third party, they can claim against the guarantee via the Hilton internet claim form or HRW/Guest Services.
On verification of the claim, the lower rate will be matched and the guest's invoice will be adjusted by the equivalent of US$50 at the prevailing hotel exchange rate on check out. More information on the claiming process for "Our Best Rates. Guaranteed." can be found on www.hilton.com
"Not only will our guests have the confidence when booking directly with us, they will also save time and avoid having to search for rates at multiple websites. Moreover, by booking direct, guests will enjoy the benefits of Hilton Hhonors, quick and easy reservations, and no booking fees", added Mr. Jagersbacher.
The rollout for "Our Best Rates. Guaranteed." worldwide has been completed with Hilton Hotels Corporation (HHC), the Alliance partner of Hilton International, who operates the Hilton Family of brand hotels in The United States, as well as all hotels outside the USA, including Hilton International and Scandic brands.
