Zayani Motors opens career opportunities

54 Bahraini employees at Zayani Motors have successfully completed intensive training courses sponsored by Zayani Motors to further encourage their staff and enhance their standard of work and performance.

Training programs that encourage the nationals are an ongoing process at Zayani Motors all year round. 20 employees completed English language enhancement programs at the British Council, 25 employees accomplished the Human Performance Improvement program, 1 completed the Microsoft Security Clinic training, 4 were provided with Heavy Vehicle Licenses, 2 achieved the Secretarial Diploma courses and 2 attended Mitsubishi Motors Corporation training courses in Dubai.

At this stage nearly three fifths of the automotive workforce at Zayani Motors comprises of Bahrainis whereas Zayani Motors plans to recruit more nationals as part of its expansion program.

Thus Zayani Motors strong commitment to Bahrainisation has been emphasized by the company's intensive efforts focused on opening career opportunities within the automotive sector for the Bahraini youth where training courses are provided to those with potential on a continuous basis.
