Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem opens the biggest beauty event in the Middle East region

Beautyworld / Wellness & Spas Middle East 2004 has been opened this morning by Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman of the Dubai Ports and Customs and Freezone Corporation, in front of hall 1 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
The VIP opening tour visited all three exhibition halls, with scheduled stops at twelve national pavilions including Britain, France, Italy, Spain, Taiwan, China, Turkey, U.S.A, Korea, Thailand as well as the new Brazilian pavilion and the largest government backed pavilion from Germany.
The tour concluded at the stand of Dubai Healthcare city who are key supporters of the events new section for Wellness & Spas.
"We expect over 7,000 trade visitors from all over the Gulf, the Indian subcontinent, Africa, the CIS republics, the Far East and Europe to come to the three day show. In addition, 434 exhibitors from 38 countries, 88% of them are from abroad, are participating in this exhibition. This clearly indicates that Dubai has become a major hub for beauty, wellness and spa products, treatments and equipment in the Middle East region", says Michael El Nayal, Managing Partner of Epoc Messe Frankfurt, the organiser of the show.
The show runs from April 26 to 28th and is open to trade visitors from 10 am until 1pm and from 5pm until 9 pm. Parallel to the show, there will be presentations and live shows running on stage during the opening hours. Renowned hair cutters and make-up artists will be live on stage from 5.15 pm until 7.30 pm on every show day.
