Executive appointment at ACI

Mr Mohammad Ahli, Director Operations, Department of Civil Aviation Dubai, has been appointed to the Executive Board and Governing Council of Airports Council International (ACI), in recognition of his contribution to the organisation.

His appointment gives recognition to Dubai International Airport as one of the best in the world. Mr Mohammad Ahli is currently Chairman of ACI, Asia region.

ACI, headquartered in Geneva, is a prestigious organisation with the membership of 554 international airports authorities operating over 1,500 airports worldwide. The Department of Civil Aviation Dubai, participates in all its activities such as Standing Committee Members of World facilitations, Biometrics, Global Training Hub, Technical & Operational Committees. ACI is also a consultative body of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).
