Home Owner Dubai a sell out

Home Owner Dubai runs 3-5 June 2004 at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai.

"With the attendance records that were set last year and the early sell-out this year, it is obvious that Home Owner Dubai has established itself as the regions foremost real estate, property investment and property services event in the Middle East".

The event, which in 2003 attracted over 2,411 visitors, has again secured the participation of the UAE's leading developers including Emaar, Nakheel and Jumeirah Beach Residence, as well as a host of specialist companies offering property, real estate, investment, legal, finance and design advice. "Home Owner Dubai is proud to continue its successful relationship with the Middle East's real estate industry" continued O'Herlihy, "We're looking forward the June event being another first-class event that will showcase the finest real estate and investment opportunities the region has to offer".

Due to the high levels of visitors at the last Home Owner Dubai, the June event has been has been extended to 3 days with a day dedicated for those with families. "The research we carried out at the last event showed that many of those who are considering purchasing property want to do so as a family unit," commented O'Herlihy. "In order to address the visitors need we have introduced a Family Day whereby the entire family unit can take part in purchasing decision by seeing what different developers have to offer".

Home Owner Dubai will again be holding a series of seminars dedicated to purchasing real estate in the Middle East. "The Home Owner Dubai Seminars will feature entire session dedicated to the basics. If anything, the seminars will provide a more genuine understanding of the potential problems in real estate purchase as well as the financial options to potential buyers and investors," said O'Herlihy. "Buying property can be difficult to grasp and as the industry in the Middle East is in its infancy there is, understandably, many questions about what works and what doesn't. This time's seminars will address the fundamentals as well as continuing the update of developments in legal, financial and maintenance to those who have already bought".
