KAC upgrades onboard medical services

Kuwait Airways Corporation embarked upon its 50th year on March 16, 2004 and is moving towards an era of distinguished services with emphasis on Service with Care.
KAC has introduces the Defibrillator, a device used by the cabin crew to detect heartbeat, incase passengers are taken ill during a flight.
KAC has also equipped the fleet with Tele Medicine, a remote controlled medical device which is essentially onboard when passengers are seriously ill and need immediate medical attention.
Tele Medicine is designed to gather the passenger's medical information, and forward it to any hospital to be reviewed by specialists, thus allowing the pilot to determine the destination of the aircraft according to the emergency at hand.
