Grand Hyatt Dubai at Arabian Travel Market 2004

Since the hotel's first appearance at last year's ATM, the fourteen-month-old Grand Hyatt Dubai has established itself as a driving force in the region's burgeoning meetings, incentives, conference and exhibitions market, as well successfully proving itself in the leisure sector as Dubai's only true City Resort.

Indochine, the hotel's Vietnamese restaurant, was voted 'Best Oriental Restaurant' in the United Arab Emirates by readers of Grumpy Gourmet, a regional epicurean magazine. In addition, Panini, Grand Hyatt Dubai's Italian café and bakery has also received two awards for Corporate Identity/Branding and Packaging/Design at the 2003 Mobius Awards, considered the World Standard For Excellence In Advertising™.
