As a rapidly expanding business, Al Khorayef needed to invest in a tier one application to support its current business activities and scale to meet future growth and changing customer needs and market dynamics. In addition, the group required a solution that could readily integrate with a complex global supply chain.

As a trading and manufacturing company, Al Khorayef aggregates the supply chain with best in class suppliers to meet the specific requirements of each customer. For Al Khorayef every customer engagement is entirely unique and requires that Al Khorayef manage projects with vastly different packaging requirements, volumes, inventory forecasting, timelines and engineering costs. This extremely variant business creates workflows of a scale and complexity that home grown or best of breed applications cannot handle.

" Oracle Supply Chain Management solution is now a key differentiator for Al Khorayef," said Sheikh Mohamed Al Khorayef. "Oracle provides Al Khorayef with a robust, scalable e-Business solution that enavles complete supply chain visibility to our customers, partners and our internal operations staff. With the implementation of Oracle, Al Khorayef 's customers know that the company is prepared to grow and continue to meet their changing needs."

" Al Khorayef decision to implement its new e-business infrastructure sees it join the ranks of a number of leading manufacturing institutions in the region who have adopted Oracle E-Business Suite as a way of increasing efficiency and speeding up decision-making processes," noted Abdulrahman al Dossary , MD of Oracle Saudi.

"By modernizing its infrastructure and deploying a progressive and totally seamless application environment, Al Khorayef is ensuring that it will be able to continue and expand on its mission to finance major projects and developing companies in the petroleum and petrochemicals sector," Al Dossary added.
