As part of the DSF and DSS promotional blitz, the stand at the ATM showcases details about both the events, highlighting the pioneering role of Dubai in the tourism industry. The stand has attracted hundreds of visitors, including tour operators, hoteliers and airline representatives, and members of the media from the first day itself. The ATM will end on May 7, 2004. The trade visitors at the stand have displayed a high level of enthusiasm to know about the events and promotions to be unveiled during DSF and the DSS.

The DSF, DSS team at the ATM stand is presenting a comprehensive overview about the two events, showcasing the new promotional initiatives and innovative activities that have been planned as part of this year's calendar. They are also answering queries related to the events.

Besides the distribution of customised literature on both the events, the DSS and DSF stand is displaying various facets on the main constituents of the events. The famous DSS mascot, Modhesh, is also visiting individual stalls at the ATM to help promote the event. Special Modhesh giveaways, which can be won by way of games, are also on offer at the main reception area of the ATM.

It is an event, where the best offers are presented and the maximum deals are struck."

He said: "Our participation at the ATM is an affirmation of our dynamic role in the travel industry and the popularity enjoyed by DSF and DSS every year. The ATM is the ideal platform for the industry players, government departments and the private sector to showcase our individual offers to the travel industry. It is heartening to note that the knowledge about DSF and DSS among the trade visitors and the members of the public has increased with every passing year."

Mr Saleh said: "Our presence at the ATM is not only to introduce the DSF and DSS, which are already popular events, but our objective is to highlight the pioneering role of Dubai in the tourism industry.
