Samsung conducts training program for service partners in the Middle East

Samsung, the regional and global leader in digital convergence technology, today hosted a four-day training program for its service partners in the UAE.

Designed specially for the upcoming Home Appliances (HA) range of Samsung products, the training program was attended by 25 distributors from across the Middle East and Africa region. The training aimed at equipping the participants with different skill sets and levels of knowledge with regard to Samsung's state-of-the-art home appliances.

Instructors from Samsung provided the participants with an in depth know-how of critical components within the company's HA product segments. Trainers covered all types of Samsung air conditioners (split type and window type) and also detailed practical training like alignment, service procedures major precautions during servicing, the training also touched on the refrigerator product line.

"Samsung conducts channel training programs at regular intervals as part of its vision to offer unmatched support-services to our consumers in the Middle East & Africa", said Mr. Kim Byeong Soo, Manager of Samsung's Gulf Customer Satisfaction Headquarters. "The main objective behind the training session was to ensure that Samsung service centres across the region are well equipped to offer best services to customers for all our high-end products."
