Bush speaks on Arab TV stations

US President George W. Bush addressed the Arab world yesterday through the Al Hurra and Al Arabiya satellite TV channels to apologise for US abuse of prisoners in Iraq. But he declined to be interviewed on Al Jazeera which US officials accuse of inciting violence against US troops.
