Summer packages launched at Al Sondos Suites by Le Meridien

According to Osama Mariam, director of sales and marketing, this summer there will be even more attractions for the local market, including up to 50 per cent off entry to the Jumeirah water park, Wild Wadi, as well as Wonderland theme park and the indoor entertainments of Magic Planet in Deira City Centre.

The packages also include free airport pick-up and drop-off, and complimentary use of the beach facilities at the property's sister resorts, Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa and Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina.

"The summer is the time for family travel around the Gulf, and these discounts will be particularly attractive for those coming to Dubai to experience its leisure and shopping facilities," he said.

In addition, Al Sondos Suites by Le Meridien will have a weekend promotion running through the summer months valid on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.

A third programme, designed to reward regular visitors to Le Meridien hotels, offers all members of its Moments loyalty programme special discount rates at Al Sondos Suites by Le Meridien, valid until September 15.

"While we enjoyed 100 per cent occupancy during the Dubai Shopping Festival, and expect similar levels during the Dubai Summer Surprises this summer, these packages have been launched to offer something extra for our regional visitors," said Mariam.

He added that the hotel also launched a comprehensive new menu at the 24 hour upscale lounge News Café, while the Al Mabsam Arabic restaurant featured extended terrace dining as well as an array of traditional dishes and shisha.

Located just five minutes from Dubai International Airport in the heart of the Deira shopping and business district, the all-suite hotel offers accommodation specifically targeted at the needs of GCC and long-stay visitors, with 106 studio, one- and two-bedrooms suites. All are equipped with kitchen facilities as well as large-screen televisions, Internet access, inter-active games and 24-hour concierge and room service.

The 11-storey hotel is managed by international hotel group, Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, and is the first all-suites property in its portfolio.
