Bank Muscat recognizes its human assets, staff, as the most valuable assets and the corner stone for its growth and efficient operations, with out human assets, business survival and growth will not be possible, no matter how sophisticated is systems and equipment in training and developing the staff for the mutual benefits of both parties.
Training and Development provides internal solutions to most of organizational, teams and individuals training needs in order to equip them with the right blend of knowledge, skills and attitude required in bank and service industry
Training and Development also play a tremendous role in driving the Omanisation process within the Bank by initiating a number of developmental programmes for the potential Omani staff to prepare them for higher job responsibility within a given time frame.
Bank Muscat is one of the Gold sponsors of GHEDEX 2002. The three-year-old annual higher education event will be held from April 15 - 17 2002 at Oman International Exhibition Centre Muscat, Oman
All in all, Training and Development Department of the Bank acts as an internal consultant and partner to the business.
