Emirates Airline's 67-strong fleet, one of the youngest in the skies, includes 62 wide-bodied passenger jets and five freighters - three 747-400Fs and two 747-200Fs. Emirates SkyCargo now serves 76 destinations in 54 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian subcontinent, the Far East and North America.

It moved more than 660,000 tonnes of freight in 2003-04 - an increase of 26 per cent over the previous year - while the division's revenue grew by 42 per cent to Dhs 2.4 billion
(US $653 million), accounting for a record 20 per cent of the airline's operating revenue.

Emirates SkyCargo's efforts have been recognised throughout the industry. Air Cargo News voted Emirates Cargo Airline of the Year in 1995, 1999, 2000 and 2001, Best Cargo Airline to the Middle East for the last 16 consecutive years and the Best Cargo Airline to the Indian subcontinent for the last six consecutive years. In 2004 it won the "Logistics Service Provider Award 2003" from STMicroelectronics, the global semiconductor company.
