Excellent customer service is the key to DAMAC success
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, May 11 - 2004 at 14:15
- PRESS RELEASE
DAMAC Properties, the leading private real estate developer in Dubai has announced yesterday its plans to set up a customer call centre and a help desk by the Middle of this month, as part of efforts to increase its customer-oriented services and meet its client's growing demand for orientation, guidance and current updates.
"DAMAC is committed to lead the property market in service excellence with a focus on the customer experience," said Peter Riddoch, CEO of DAMAC Properties.
He added that DAMAC Properties was constantly seeking ways to provide superlative customer service for their clientele.
"DAMAC management firmly believes that the pursuit of exceptional service will always yield positive results and that continued customer care and a pro-active stance create a better relationship and loyalty to the brand," he added
With a unique collection of lifestyle-driven projects skilfully distributed throughout regional master plan developments, many of the company's projects are currently underway, DAMAC has begun awarding sub-contracts to only premium suppliers in order to guarantee that the homes delivered retain a high-quality finish. The smallest details are accounted for because the end products of air-conditioning noise or efficiency of elevators ultimately affect the client perception of quality and luxury.
With six other developments in the region, including two spectacular properties on the Palm, DAMAC plans to improve its client response and keep up with demand by launching a Contact Centre for current customers and potential buyers over the summer months. Already in advanced negotiation with some of the world's top suppliers of contact solution providers, DAMAC looks forward to this next progressive step in customer acquisition and retention.
Marina Terrace, DAMAC's initial luxury development in Dubai, proved to be a resounding success. The first privately owned 40-storey, 200-apartment tower at the Dubai Marina attracted buyers from far and wide and the majority of the apartments sold out within a short span of time
Founded in 1982, the multi-billion Dirham DAMAC Group is one of the largest conglomerates in the Middle East operating across 15 countries and employing over 5,000 people from more than 25 nationalities. The group, holder of ISO 9002 international accreditation, operates a diversified portfolio of successful businesses ranging from industrial catering, to franchised restaurants, product manufacturing, global stock market investments and property development including commercial developments, hotels and multi-million waterfront properties that are internationally renowned engineering projects in their own right.
