According to an earlier administrative decision issued by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and Industry and Chairman of Dubai Municipality, Al Tawhidi was promoted to the second grade of the first category in accordance with the Personnel Affairs System of Dubai Emirate of 1992.
