Emaar unveils premium Signature Villas in Emirates Hills

Conceptualised by Sir Michael Hopkins, the finest exponent of modern architecture, and developed by Frayland L.L.C., the new Emirates Hills development will comprise of 20 single detached villas, ranging in size from 6,000-9,000 sq. ft., and featuring five to seven bedrooms each.

The striking 'Arabesque' architectural design of the villas marks Emaar's first-ever offering of contemporary Arab style architecture in its Emirates Hills development. Variations in size and design have been skilfully used to impart a distinct identity to each signature villa.

Traditional architecture is reflected in the inner courtyards, wind towers, arches, shaded terraces (logias) and local design motifs. The latter has been achieved through the use of slide screens, flat screens and wind towers. The design and orientation of the villas further enhances privacy.
