ARAMEX complements 'Shop and Ship' service

With the launch of its new website - www.aramex.com/shopandship - ARAMEX has expanded its customer service capabilities, providing 'Shop and Ship' customers with a host of unique features and services which enhance their shopping experience. In addition to an on-line tracking feature which allows shoppers to track the movement of shipments from their 'Shop & Ship' US mailbox, it also permits users of the service to check their mailbox contents at any time and take advantage of exclusive value-added offers.

The website was designed to provide useful information to customers on their Shop & Ship mailbox accounts and other convenient features such as shipment tracking, a currency converter and a shipment rate calculator at the click of a button. It also offers an easy to navigate interface which customers will find extremely user-friendly."

Web navigators can log onto the website to find out more about the ARAMEX's Shop & Ship service and its benefits and may choose to either subscribe to the service on-line or via one of the ARAMEX participating stations located throughout the Middle East. Website users also have access to additional features including special member offers on the latest products as well as links to popular websites.

ARAMEX's 'Shop & Ship' US mailbox service provides customers with mailboxes in the US, allowing them to receive internet orders, correspondence and magazine subscriptions and avail of special offers otherwise not possible to international addresses. ARAMEX then ships their mailbox contents directly to their doorstep.

The new website was created and designed by Integrated Business Solutions (IBS), an information technology firm specialising in multimedia and internet solutions. IBS shares a long-standing relationship with ARAMEX International, having implemented various IT projects including the design of ARAMEX's comprehensive website.
