TrailBlazer sales fire ahead

  • United Arab Emirates: Sunday, May 16 - 2004 at 13:03
  • PRESS RELEASE

Chevrolet has announced that the internationally acclaimed TrailBlazer has experienced phenomenal success throughout the region due to its extremely attractive value for money and unbeatable package.

The TrailBlazer's unequalled combination of strength, power and high-tech precision has lead to its position as one of the best selling SUV's in the region. Sales of TrailBlazer in the first quarter of 2004 increased 116 per cent on the same time frame in 2003.

"The entry level TrailBlazer is an extremely attractive package," said Tim Allen, regional divisional marketing manager for Chevrolet trucks. "It's one of the most affordable 4-wheel drives available on the market, offering a much smoother ride, tighter turning circle and greater ease of entry and exit than most competitors in its class.

"The TrailBlazer's superior price value relationship is evident from the 294HP inline 6-cylinder engine to the impressive array of premium features included in the standard Trailblazer package. Power windows and door locks, anti-lock brakes, dual stage airbags, CD player and AM/FM cassette and power adjustable outside rear view mirrors are joined by unique features such as a large storage area underneath the rear floor pan to make a very smart start up package."

If customers wish to upgrade the TrailBlazer even further, Chevrolet offers optional features such as steering wheel mounted controls, a DVD player, in-dash 6-CD changer and auto track 4WD, all incased in a refined outer shell that belies its incredible strength. This vehicle strikes a delicate balance between active everyday driving in the city, long drives on the open road and the demands of rough and ready all-terrain driving.
