"The in-flight experience is of paramount importance to us at Air Arabia," said Adel Ali, Air Arabia's CEO. "These two new appointments enable us to enhance existing standards of quality and service and offer the customer a continued and improved flight experience."

As Cabin Crew Manager, Abdul Raoof brings more than 17 years experience in providing safety and survival standards for regional airlines such as Gulf Air, Egypt Air, Royal Jet, Abu Dhabi Emiri Flight and Libyan Arab Airlines. From his fast progression as a member of Gulf Air's cabin crew in 1978 to managing Safety & Emergency Procedures at Abu Dhabi's Emiri Flight, Abdul Raoof's knowledge and practice of flight and cabin crew training will be valuable in ensuring that the already stringent international safety standards practiced within Air Arabia evolve with the industry's ever-changing requirements.

Adel Ali added: "We have taken the time to hand pick the expertise required for such a distinctive airline model in this region. The addition of Abdul Raoof and Patrick strengthens our offerings to customers and ensures consistency and quality."

Patrick's 19-year career has seen him based in some of the airline services premier operations companies, directing catering, cleaning and material purchases for customers including Thai Airlines, Delta Airlines, Lufthansa and Air Mauritius - valuable experience which places him ideally for the role of Air Arabia's In-flight Services Manager.

"It is our responsibility to offer every customer superior levels of service and to ensure that the customer is our primary concern from check-in to arrival," said Abdul Raoof. Patrick added: "We want maintain to the customer that low-cost does not mean compromise on safety and services - Air Arabia operates like any international airline in this regard and follows international aviation regulations."
