Mexx gets a new, fresh look
- United Arab Emirates: Monday, May 17 - 2004 at 15:13
- PRESS RELEASE
Mexx, the global lifestyle brand offering a range of fashion apparel for men, women, children and even non-apparel products and accessories, has revamped their retail space in Deira City Centre, Dubai, to be more in line with the corporate philosophy of optimism, non-conformism, inspiration and fun.
Kieran Murphy, Franchise Manager, Mexx Middle East, said, "The new store is a part of our commitment to always be fresh and appealing. A revamping of our floor also adds a boost to our outlook, reflecting in better choices and designs for our customer. Deira City Centre being such a major attraction, our store in the mall strives to constantly offer something new to the scores of visitors. We are sure that the new store is going to forge new relationships, and give a fresh experience to existing customers."
The Mexx outlet in Deira City Centre carries the range of creations in Mexx Men & Mexx Women. While the new Mexx Men creations feature a strong close-to-summer theme, the rugged, street-wear influence is what brings out the reinvention of the brand and the mixing of past and present evident in the line. The Mexx Women line is all about sporty chic, with the fabric and styling features bringing out the crossover, yet retaining feminine appeal. Mexx Women draws inspiration from the elegance of the 1940s and the utilitarian nature of later fashion.
With a presence in more than 50 countries internationally, Mexx has come to be a true lifestyle brand, and as the definition of fashion is constantly evolving, Mexx merchandise extends beyond apparel. Optimism, smartness, an urban attitude and a contemporary mentality define the Mexx customer.
In the UAE, Mexx is present in four major cities, with outlets in Deira City Centre, Al Ghurair Centre and BurJuman Centre in Dubai, Sharjah City Centre and Sahara Centre in Sharjah, Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Mall in Al Ain.
