Asteco Property Management has appointed noted real estate specialist, Jerry Oates as Commercial Director to oversee the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices and develop relationships with major clients, developers and landlords in the UAE, the Middle East and Europe.
Jerry has been in the property industry for 23 years and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). RICS is the foremost property accreditation organisation in the UK and worldwide. He also holds a degree in Environmental Science and a degree in Estate Management.
Over the last 20 years, Jerry has worked in the real estate industry in UK, Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, Moscow, Germany and Korea managing a wide range of properties. In his last job as Managing Director for Cushman and Wakefield in Korea, Jerry was responsible for retail leasing, Corporate Services and research as well as responsible for all business operational aspects of the company.
Jerry's appointment is part of a corporate realignment designed to better serve Asteco clients by accelerating growth through market expansion and new business development. He looks forward to working the diverse and dynamic UAE property market with its impressive accelerated growth and world class iconic developments.
