Traceylee Gaskin joins DHL UAE from Alshaya Gulf, one of the region's largest retail organisations, where she was responsible for the human resources management of over 1,000 employees.
"This key appointment demonstrates our commitment to ensuring DHL's workforce receives the best possible personal and professional development. Tracylee will be a fundamental member of staff in providing support and guidance to managers and staff," said David Wild, General Manager, DHL UAE.
Gaskin's position will also involve the development and implementation of a cost effective training function, which will increase productivity and performance.

Gaskin, who holds a Diploma in HR Management, has a strong HR career history spanning over 20 years in the UK and UAE.
