Al Yousuf Motors receives awards from Daihatsu Motor Co

Al Yousuf Motors today announced that it has won two of the four 'Shield of Honor' awards bestowed on dealers by Daihatsu Motor Co Ltd.
In winning, Al Yousuf has become the only dealer across the Middle East and African distribution network to scoop more than one award.
The Customer Service Award Programme was designed by Daihatsu Motor Co Ltd. in 2002 to enhance the levels of after-sales service activity amongst dealers and encourage and reward high standards in performance. The programme evaluates quality of customer service, technical field reporting, warranty implementation and levels of improvement.
Commenting on the awards, Mickey B Mama, General Manager of Service, Al Yousuf Motors, said: "We are delighted to receive these awards from Daihatsu as they recognize our employees' efforts and dedication to pre and after-sales customer service. This provides a platform to strive for more success in 2004."
