Al Yousuf Motors receives awards from Daihatsu Motor Co

The awards were given to Al Yousuf Motors in recognition of their outstanding achievements in the technical field and for reaching improved levels of performance in 2003.

In winning, Al Yousuf has become the only dealer across the Middle East and African distribution network to scoop more than one award.

The Customer Service Award Programme was designed by Daihatsu Motor Co Ltd. in 2002 to enhance the levels of after-sales service activity amongst dealers and encourage and reward high standards in performance. The programme evaluates quality of customer service, technical field reporting, warranty implementation and levels of improvement.
