Emaar extends lifestyle communities offer to Germans

Emaar Properties has announced its participation in the Dubai-Germany Economic Partnership Forum to be held in Munich from May 26-28.

The participation is part of the company's strategic drive to extend its reach and lifestyle property offer beyond regional boundaries into key global markets.

This follows close on the heels of the recently signed agreement between Emaar and European real estate giant Engel & Voelkers, who represents the property major in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Key attraction for the German visitors will be the company's finest real estate venture, the Burj Dubai Development featuring the Burj Dubai, the world's tallest tower, and The Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping and entertainment mall.

The scale of the Burj Dubai Development, which has already caught the fancy of the world, will clearly impress the Germans. The Development- construction for which has already begun—sits on 500 acres of lush, landscaped area and comprises the 3km long Boulevard which will equal, if not rival, some of the famous boulevards in New York, Paris and London.

Visitors to the Emaar stand will be equally treated to a diversity of lifestyles ranging from waterfront living offered at the company's master-planned Dubai Marina waterfront development to golfing at its flagship Emirates Hills community, and equestrian living featured in Emaar's unique desert themed residential development, Arabian Ranches.

Epitomising the company's pioneering vision of "Shaping the future. Today', the innovatively designed Emaar stand will feature optimum space and light.

Organised by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Dubai-Germany Economic Partnership Forum represents the collected efforts of the Dubai Government and leading corporate and public sector companies to promote business and economic cooperation between Dubai and the European federal republic.

Business, trade and investment opportunities will be highlighted through a series of seminars and workshops. Exclusive networking sessions between trade representatives and a simultaneous exhibition featuring participation from the government, semi government, private institutions and establishments, will be among other highlights.

Our association with Engel & Voelkers deal has helped in establishing our presence in Germany and central Europe.
