Jumeirah Beach Residence announces its participation in the Dubai-German Economic Forum

JBR will set up a prominent stand at the exhibition, which will be held alongside the Dubai-German Economic Forum taking place from May 26-28 in Munich.

On behalf of Jumeirah Beach Residence, Mohamed Binbrek, Chief Operating Officer will address the Forum in a session on 'Real Estate: Construction and Infrastructure' on the second day of the Dubai-German Economic Forum. Binbrek will talk about the status of Jumeirah Beach Residence project which has prime beachfront location by the Jumeirah Beach and is being built at a total cost of AED 5.2 Billion (USD1.4 Million).

Jumeirah Beach Residence will have residential and hotel towers and will cater to a community of some 25,000 people along a 1.7 km stretch of development containing a total built up area of 22 million sq. ft.

JBR will offer different freehold apartment types ranging from Studios to 1, 2, 3 & 4 Bedrooms and a choice of luxurious special apartments ranging from Penthouses and Garden Apartments to Duplexes and Terrace Apartments.
