Festival City units, leasing success

More than 70 per cent of the first phase of residential property at the Al Badia Golf Resort, part of Dubai Festival City, has been leased or reserved since the project's show homes opened at the beginning of April. The first 64 units at the Al Badia Golf Resort Residential Community will be ready for occupancy this summer.
