'Over the month since the official launch, the Emirates Home Show has had extraordinarily positive feedback from the market, and we are delighted to confirm that Pan Emirates has joined companies such as IKEA, Habitat, Kas Australia and Tamwheel in recently confirming their participation at the event in September.' Said Ken Jamieson, ITP's Director of Events.
One of the reasons for such speculation and anticipation amongst the UAE's residents is the familiar face of Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, the star of BBC's Changing Rooms series, who made a guest appearance at the launch party and will be one of the main features of the show.
'Laurence will be doing what he does best - inspiring, influencing and demonstrating' Continued Jamieson. 'He will be on hand throughout the show, interacting with the participants, whether it's live demonstrations, specialist lectures or through Q & A sessions.'
Jamieson puts the success of the show down two aspects, attraction and accessibility.
'The residents of the UAE take a lot of pride in their homes, and many are making the switch from renting to ownership. The market for, and interest in, property and interiors has grown substantially. For the first time in the region there is a show that offers visitors the complete range of solutions for buying, financing and designing or improving their home in the UAE - it really is a one stop shop, with financial institutions, property developers, designers, furniture retailers, legal consultants, all participating. In turn, they see the benefit of such a motivated, interested audience.' Continued Jamieson.
The Emirates Home Show, the region's premier interior, property and Design show, takes place from 16th - 18th September at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
