The modishly Emaar pavilion showcased the company's landmark marina development and attracted hundreds of regional and international visitors who expressed interest in its master planned design, luxurious lifestyle and world-class amenities, attributes which have rendered the Dubai Marina a benchmark in waterfront living today.

Mansour Al Othaimin, Executive Director, Emaar Properties, said: 'We are delighted with the response which our prized Dubai Marina development has received at the Beirut Boat Show. We have received a record number of inquiries from potential investors who want to be part of the exclusive lifestyle at the region's finest waterfront community.

'We benefited from this regional marine forum. Emaar got an exclusive opportunity to showcase its lifestyle offerings to a prestigious audience. At the same time, the conference provided a unique opportunity to meet with our regional counterparts and exchange vital know-how on seafront development and technologies,' continued Al Othaimin.

The Gulf's largest waterfront development, the Dubai Marina comprises residential apartment towers and luxurious villas that have been created around a 3.5km water channel. It is the region's first 'intelligent city' set in stunning surroundings including an impressive water body, an uninterrupted promenade and landscaped parks.

Adding to the line up of amenities, Emaar will soon be launching the Marina Walk, an exclusive boulevard of multi-cuisine fine dining restaurants, coffee shops and retail outlets.
