Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank awards Asteco Property Management contract to manage property portfolio

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has signed a five year contract with Asteco Property Management to manage their property portfolio, consisting of approximately 4000 units in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaima.
Eirvin Knox, CEO Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank said, "Asteco was selected by ADCB to manage its product portfolio following an extensive evaluation process. Coupled with Asteco's 19 year track record, ADCB believes that it is the most experienced and reputable agent capable of providing our clients with the best service possible."
"Partnering with Asteco is part of our continuing process to enhance customer service. In the future we will be looking to work with Asteco on additional projects that could include financial management of the property portfolio, tenant management, full building management and supervision of maintenance, cleaning and security contracts," added Eirvin.
