Overwhelming response to Emirates Post's 'Postcard Millionaire' campaign
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, June 01 - 2004 at 17:07
- PRESS RELEASE
Emirates Post today kicked off its Postcard Millionaire Campaign offering residents and visitors an opportunity to 'change their life' with the purchase of postcards.
'Everyone is a winner with the purchase of a pack of postcards,' said Mr. Abdulla Al Daboos, Director General of Emirates Post. "We are overwhelmed by the response the campaign has received. From early this morning Emirates Post branches have been besieged by callers wanting to know where they could buy the postcards. We are excited and encouraged by this," he said.
With over 800 distribution points already in place, the Postcard Millionaire Campaign reaches out to people across the nation. To further ensure that everyone has the opportunity to buy the postcards, there are plans to increase the distribution points to 1,500 in the next two months, said Aldrin Fernandes, Managing Director, Concept Today, the sole distributor and marketing agency for the Postcard Millionaire Campaign.
Each postcard packet depicts images of UAE landmarks, people, traditional sports or national heritage offering the world a glimpse of what the UAE has to offer. Each postcard pack guarantees the customer a prize and as each postcard is postage paid, the customer is promised value for money.
