Dubai will need 175,000 more units of accomodation in the next five years but is presently building only 48,000, according to Sher Consulting. Gulf News columnist Anwer Sher said my bigger concern is whether there is enough supply available in the market. He noted that around 20 companies a day are setting up in Dubai.
