The first freehold property development in Ras Al Khaimah, the USD270m Al Hamra Village, is already 30 per cent sold out, two weeks after its launch. There are 1,200 residential units from studios to luxury villas, priced from USD82,000 to USD820,000, with golf, beach and mountain views.
