Jumeirah Beach Residence to showcase its mega project at Home Owner Dubai 2004

Mohamed Binbrek, Chief Operating Officer of the JBR said, "In order to help the visitors experience the project even before it is built, JBR has displayed its mega 'Project Model' on the stand. The model measures 9.6 x 4.6 meters and showed the architectural designs of the towers, podium and beach clubs. The 'Model' scale was 1/200."

"This new 'Model' will provide a detailed and fresh perspective of the development from courtyard design to community planning and proposed beachfront landscaping," he added.

Following the success of the 2003 event, Home Owner Dubai 2004 celebrated its first anniversary from 3-5 June 2004 at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Conference Centre, as the GCC region's premier seminar and exhibition in which developers, finance houses, legal advisors and property services companies can meet in a dedicated forum.
