Benchmarking conference will focus on identifying gaps in organisational performance

At the Middle East Performance and Benchmarking Conference, top performance management professionals will reveal how performance measurement and benchmarking strategies have been implemented in their organisations.
"Performance measurement has become a major operational tool in optimising organisational performance and many leading international organisations use benchmarking to identify gaps in their organisational, departmental or individual performance," says Barth de Ridder, Group Director of IIR Conferences & Training.
Organised by IIR and held on 20-23 June 2004 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai, this conference covers practical guidelines and techniques to improve an organisation's performance. It will identify key business drivers and performance levels and will arm delegates with the necessary tools to establish and sustain best practice.
