Prestigious Jumeirah Beach Residence makes a mark on German investors

Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), the world's largest single phase residential development that is fast coming up in Dubai, has further strengthened its position in the European Real Estate Market through its participation in the Dubai - Germany Economic Partnership Forum which was held from 26th to 28th May 2004 at the MOC Hall in Munich, Germany.
Dubai-Germany Economic Partnership Forum was organized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry in conjunction with the Dubai Development and Investment Authority, the German Industry and Commerce office in Dubai, as well as Index, conference and exhibition organisers.
The main objective behind this forum was to further boost the flow of investment between Dubai and Germany, increase bilateral trade and to facilitate higher degree of contacts between businessmen in both countries. The forum was held in an area of 2000 square meters, and accommodated more than 500 participants. The DCCI and DDIA invited small, medium and big sized companies based in Dubai to participate in the forum to promote Dubai's facilities, products and services and its investment opportunities, to German investors and businessmen
The 22 million square feet Jumeirah Beach Residence development is among the last beachfront properties to be available within current city limits. JBR is set to become a self-contained vibrant community offering amenities such as a retail arena, cafés and restaurants and an unmatched beach resort lifestyle.
Notably JBR offers GCC nationals, expatriates and overseas investors the chance to invest in Dubai by offering affordable luxurious apartments ranging from studios to penthouses on a secure freehold ownership basis.
Work is progressing on schedule and the development is expected to be ready by the target date of end 2005.
