Altitude Software showcases advanced contact centre technology at Arabcom 2004

Altitude Software, a global technology leader of contact centre solutions for Unified Customer Interaction (uCI), today announced that Altitude vice president MEA & South Asia Riadh Boukhris, will be introducing Altitude uCI 7 to the MENA Telecommunications market during Arabcom 2004 in Beirut, Lebanon.

Titled "Advanced Contact Centres: The Road to Successful CRM for Telecommunications Operators", Riadh's session will be on Thursday 17 June at 12h15. Riadh will specifically share insights from fast-growing telecommunications operators in EMEA who successfully achieved significant operational efficiencies with their contact centres. "Altitude Software is widely recognized as an industry leader in the MENA region, and I am confident that our delegates will value the opportunity to hear the company's perspective on multimedia contact centres," commented Mrs Katia Tayar, Arabcom group CEO.

Arabcom 2004 to witness largest gathering ever of Arab GSM operators
Mrs Tayar recently commented in a press conference that the 7th Annual International Telecom Forum & Expo for the Arab World will witness the largest number of GSM operators from the Arab states to ever gather under one roof for a telecom event, with the active presence of over 30 GSM operators, represented by their CEOs, General Directors, and other top officials.

Taking place June 16-17th, 2004 at the Movenpick Hotel Beirut, Arabcom is one of the largest telecommunications event in the MENA region. The two-day Expo and Forum aims at bringing together public & private sector to participate in a program that provides a unique environment to interact and discuss vital economic, regulatory and technical issues relating to ICT in the Arab states - Middle East and Africa - thus serving as the most important platform for public and private sector partnerships, decisions and formulation of key policies for the region.
