Growing interest in Beach villas
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, June 15 - 2004 at 14:32
- PRESS RELEASE
New beach villas have become hot properties for leasing and for sale in Dubai.
Elaine Jones, Managing Director of Asteco said, "After much anticipation, beach villas are now becoming available in Dubai. This is a welcome opportunity, especially as the properties that have direct access to the beach are sought for by many of our clients. The response to these projects has been overwhelming and the first tenants have already moved into completed projects."
The properties are located directly across from Mercato Mall and include a fully equipped chef's dream kitchen, complete with white goods. The rooms are airy with exquisite finishes and have a range of facilities including squash courts, a gym and a Jacuzzi, with the real highlight being a temperature-controlled private pool in each villa.
Elaine maintains that, "If you missed your opportunity to rent villas at reasonable prices in the Jumeirah or Umm Suqeim area, then the new beach front villas are definitely worth looking at."
Traditionally these areas have been the most popular and sought out for villas, but there are new areas that should be taken into consideration as they offer high quality accommodations, especially as Dubai is known for having a great selection of villas and villa compounds.
On the high-end of the spectrum are areas like Barsha, where a lot of development has taken place and Emirates Hills, which offers luxury villas with stunning views of the Montgomery golf course. For those in search of more reasonable rents are areas like Mirdiff and Garhoud.
