The three-month road expedition, which set off from the Bahrain International circuit in Sakhir on Tuesday this week, will cover Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Holland, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia.

"We are delighted to be working with Mr Mushaima," said Mark Senior, Destination Services Manager at the airline. "We share a common goal - to promote the cultural richness, natural beauty and other attractions of Bahrain and indeed the whole region.

Gulf Air, which is one of the sponsors of this expedition, will host Mr Mushaima and his party in Bahrain Day promotional activities at selected destinations along the way.
