Oman Mobile axes rates

Oman Mobile has lowered the cost of pre-paid mobile phone services by 21 per cent and dropped a deposit on post-paid mobile services. The action comes as Oman Mobile faces the arrival of a second Oman mobile phone operator led by Q-Tel by the end of the year.
