  • PRESS RELEASE

Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Middle East has launched a Roadside Assistance programme that provides customers across the region with a free high quality breakdown assistance service on all Chrysler Group vehicles bought after July 1, 2004.

"Our Road Assist programme gives Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge customers an extra level of comfort in case of any motoring emergencies. This is particularly important at this time of year when many ex-pats drive home," said Bruce D. Ohms, Sales and Marketing Director, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Middle East. "The emergencies covered can range from a breakdown when the vehicle needs to be towed to the nearest approved service centre to minor problems like a flat battery or punctured tyre. It even covers drivers for the recovery of their car keys if they are accidentally locked in the vehicle and if they run out of petrol."

In the event of a roadside emergency, customers in the GCC, Lebanon, Jordan and Syria can simply contact the 24-hour toll free Chrysler Emergency Centre for assistance.

"Our customers now expect a much improved after sales service," said Ohms. "The investment in this programme ensures that we meet these expectations and that our customers get the best possible service they feel they deserve."

The Road Assist programme is being provided through Gulf Warranties, the region's leading supplier of customer care packages.
