E-Vision teams up with Siemens mobile to offer unique summer cable/telecom package

Emirates Cable TV and Multimedia (E-Vision) along with Emirates Telecommunication Corporation (Etisalat) announced today they have teamed up with mobile phone giant Siemens mobile to introduce a cable/telecom package over the summer that is a unique combination of entertainment and communications.

Announcing the launch of the offer Humaid Rashid Sahoo, E-Vision's Chief Executive Officer, said: 'This ties together two of the most powerful and popular sectors - cable television and mobile communication - in an attempt to further expand our services to our customers. The partnership between E-Vision, Etisalat and Siemens mobile offers an opportunity to showcase the new Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) service, which can only be accessed through MMS enabled mobile phones such as the Siemens C62.
