The JW Marriott Dubai may have celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, but the hotel's product still remains as good as new following a series of upgrades and the introduction of a range of new, distinctive services to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
The hotel has launched a new upgraded limousine service, following the delivery of two new BMW 7-series earlier this year. Guests are met by a chauffer-driven BMW 7-series. Once comfortably seated, the guest is offered cold towels, mineral water, newspaper, hotel information and a choice of CD to listen to on the journey.
This premium chauffer service is also available for day trips into the city, and can even be booked for trans-emirates journeys.
Arriving passengers can book a limousine pick-up and drop-off at the time of reservation, for a nominal cost.
Sleep well
A night's stay at the JW Marriott Dubai is now more comfortable and luxurious following the recent introduction of a new range of bedding as part of the Marriott International Sleep Well programme. The range includes down duvets instead of blankets, down duvet comforters, and more pillows and bolsters.
Stay connected
The hotel has installed MagiNet Laptop Connectivity. This is a solution that provides high-speed Internet access from all the guest rooms, meeting rooms, Business Centre, Executive Lounge and other areas like the lobby and the swimming pool.
All guests have the option to access the Internet from the comfort of their room and browse, surf and E-mail at their convenience.
For guests who do not carry laptops or network card, they can access the Internet in the Business Centre on hourly charge basis or can also rent a laptop and/or wireless cards from the hotel.
For the meeting rooms and the conference facilities a total Plug & Play ® solution has been employed and is fully equipped to support high-speed Internet that includes access of the guest's local VPN's via the leased line backbone infrastructure.
Bath time
Guests staying at the hotel can call for their personal Bath Butler through the hotel's AtYourService (AYS) desk. The Bath Butler will prepare the bath of their choice from the Bath Menu placed in each guest room.
