Region's premier design, interiors and property show utilises online technology to fast-track ticket sales

The Emirates Home Show, the widely anticipated three tiered event taking place on September 16th, 17th and 18th, featuring UK Celebrity Designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, has started selling tickets to both the event itself and the accompanying Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen lectures 'Design and Light', in which Laurence will explain the two key fundamentals of harnessing the available natural light to the best effect and using artificial lights to compensate for deficiencies in the former, to change the perception of a space or to create a particular mood.

'We suspect that these tickets will sell out very quickly' Claimed Ken Jamieson, ITP's Director of Events. 'Since the launch of the event earlier in the year we have been inundated with enquiries from people throughout the Emirates and further afield who wish to reserve their places at the lectures and Question and Answer sessions, and also buy tickets to the event itself.'

The Emirates Home Show is utilising the Time Out ticketline, the region's premier online ticketing facility. 'The ticketline, which operates through a hotline number and as an online facility, is used by virtually every major event taking place in the Emirates, from major artistes such as Alicia Keys and Bryan Ferry, to regular events such as the Laughter Factory and Dubai Tennis Championship. We have taken the step of selling tickets online as a direct response to the enormous demand we have seen over the last few months' continued Jamieson.
